The original title was, “How to Get Old and Still Make Gainz Without Waking up in a World of Hurt After Every Training Session When You Still Think You Can Do the Stupid Human Tricks You Did Twenty Years Ago Because You Don’t Have the Smarts to Say No to the Idiots You’ve Surrounded Yourself With.” I felt like that was too long, so I went with Aging and Keeping Pace.
